Foul Weather Friends

This city has seen more rain this year than I can remember, and we are not alone. Rainboots have often been my best foul-weather friends. There was a time when rainboots meant fisherman wellies or duck boots and carrying an extra pair of shoes for the switcheroo upon reaching the indoor destination. Well, not anymore!
